Terms of Use

1. What Suruko is

Suruko is a temporary-workforce introduction service operated by Sanjay Kumar Ganeshkumar as a sole proprietary concern based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

We collect information from businesses that need temporary workers and from people who want temporary work. We use that information to make introductions. Everything that happens after the introduction — the work, the pay, the arrangements — is between the business and the worker.

2. What Suruko is not

This section is important. Suruko:

• Does not employ any worker introduced through this service
• Does not supply labour — we make introductions; the business engages the worker directly
• Does not pay wages or handle any payment between the parties
• Is not a party to any agreement, contract or engagement that follows an introduction

Wages, hours, safety, statutory compliance and every other obligation of the engagement are entirely between the business and the worker.

3. No guarantee

Registering as a worker does not guarantee that work will be offered to you.

Submitting a business request does not guarantee that workers will be available, will accept, or will attend.

We act in good faith to make useful introductions. We cannot promise any particular outcome.

We do not verify identity documents, qualifications, work experience or workplace conditions unless we tell you specifically that we have done so.

Workers: satisfy yourself about the workplace, the pay and the conditions before you start. Never pay anyone a fee to find work through Suruko — we do not charge workers, and no one acting for Suruko will ask you for money.

Businesses: satisfy yourself about anyone you engage, and meet your own obligations under applicable labour law.

4. Your use of Suruko

By submitting a form on suruko.in you confirm that:

• You are 18 or older
• The information you have given is true and the WhatsApp number is yours
• You are not submitting on someone else's behalf without their knowledge
• You will not use Suruko to send spam, mislead anyone, or do anything unlawful
• You will use details you receive through an introduction only for the purpose of that specific job

We may stop working with anyone who misuses the service and may decline any request without giving a reason.

5. Liability

To the full extent permitted by law, Suruko is not liable for loss or damage arising from an engagement made after an introduction — including unpaid wages, work not completed, injury, property damage, or the conduct of any business or worker.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Suruko grows. The date at the top changes when they are revised. Continuing to use suruko.in after a change means you accept the updated terms.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
