1. Who we are
Suruko is a sole proprietary concern operated by Sanjay Kumar Ganeshkumar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. We run a temporary-workforce introduction service that connects businesses needing short-term help with people looking for flexible work.
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), Suruko is the Data Fiduciary for the information described in this notice.

2. What we collect
We collect only what you enter into our forms on suruko.in. We do not collect data in the background.
From businesses
- Contact person's name and WhatsApp number
- Company name, work location, type of work, number of workers, date and shift
- Optional pay range and notes
From workers
- Name and WhatsApp number
- Age (current pilot: 18–35)
- Area, work status, preferred work type, availability, shift preference, experience, transport
- Optional notes you choose to provide
Please do not submit Aadhaar numbers, PAN, bank account details, medical information or copies of identity documents through our forms. We do not ask for these and do not want them.
3. Why we use your information
- To understand your request and respond on WhatsApp
- To introduce businesses to workers when there is a match
- To coordinate timing, location and follow-up
- To keep a record of requests so we can follow up properly
- To retry a failed submission when internet connectivity is restored
We process your information on the basis of the consent you gave when you ticked the checkbox on the form. You can withdraw consent at any time — see Section 6.
5. How long we keep it
- Worker registrations: up to 12 months from your last contact with us, or until you ask us to delete.
- Business requests: up to 24 months from the request date, or until you ask us to delete.
- Failed-submission queue: stored only in your own browser, deleted automatically within 24 hours or after a successful retry.
6. Your rights under the DPDP Act 2023
- Access: ask what information we hold about you
- Correction: ask us to fix anything that is wrong or out of date
- Erasure: ask us to delete your information
- Withdraw consent: stop future contact at any time
- Grievance: complain to us, and if unresolved, to the Data Protection Board of India

7. Security
We serve suruko.in over HTTPS, use restrictive security headers, and limit who can access your data. No internet system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you and report it as required by law.
8. Age eligibility
The Suruko worker registration is for people aged 18 to 35. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has registered, contact us immediately and we will delete the record.
